I have a deep love and passion for all things animation, film, and games. I have an ever growing enthusiasm for animation, always eager to embrace fresh challenges and learning opportunities, and I thrive on collaboration and working in a team.

Experience

Animator – Boulder Media Productions

Remote/ Office work  •  January 2023 - Current

• Animator on season 3 and 4 of the adult animated sitcom Krapopolis (Bento Box, FOX), handling keyframes, animation, lipsync, reuse animation, and retakes 

• Highly proficient in Toon Boom Harmony and Ftrack

• Consistently hitting targets on or before schedule and taking shots from other animators to help the episode finish before deadline 

• Worked on a large variety of different types of shots, including dramatic acting, fight scenes, and chase scenes 

 

Junior Animator – Daily Madness Productions

Remote work  •  June 2022 - September 2023 

• 3 month traineeship via the Animation, VFX & Games Graduate Traineeship program from June to August 2022, afterwards was hired as a junior animator on a full time basis

• Worked on two major productions during my time at Daily Madness - Ray Of Sunshine for RTÉ, and Goat Girl for Warner Brothers (production later cancelled)

• Became proficient in animating in CelAction 2D and Toon Boom Harmony 

• Delivered scenes quickly and to a high standard, in response to feedback from directors and lead animators 

 

Independent Freelance Animation

Remote work  •  2021 - CURRENT 

• February - May 2025 – Animated a music video for independent producer Jamie Paige called BIRDBRAIN 

  • Animated and cleaned up three minutes of detailed animation following the clients storyboard and feedback 

  • Communicated frequently with the client and made adjustments according to their direction 

  • BIRDBRAIN has since gone on to amass 10 million views on YouTube in the span of 2 months and has become a minor viral sensation 

• February - April 2023 – Created custom animated intro for Independent Games Publisher /  YouTube Channel Graeme Games. 

  • Created bespoke 10 second hand drawn intro in Toon Boom Harmony, from animatic to animation to cleanup and colour, as well as backgrounds and character design. 

  • Communicated frequently with the client and made adjustments according to his taste

• March - August 2021 – Created custom animated ‘bumpers’ for Thai Gold (a Wexford based Thai Food company), for use on their social media pages and cooking videos

  • Created bespoke 3-6 second hand drawn bumpers in Toon Boom Harmony, using the Thai Gold branding 

• Intermittently 2021 - 2025 – Worked as a volunteer animator for Dialup Studios, animating scenes for collaborative animation projects Toy Story 2 Redialed, The Road To El Dorado Redialed (in post production), and The Iron Giant Redialed (in production)

Skills

• Proficient with Toon Boom Harmony and CelAction 2D 

• Previous experience with Autodesk Maya, Adobe Animate, Storyboard Pro, Nuke (editing software), Adobe After Effects, and Unity. 

• Previous experience with management software such as Kenjo, Ftrack, and Google Sheets 

• Strong experience in 2D rigged animation and 2D hand drawn animation, with an interest in 3D animation as well 

• Love learning new things and taking on challenges to expand my skill set
